Copd NewsMy best friend has been smoking about a month, and wants to quit, but is already pretty addicted – he is stressed a lot, and took up the habit to help ease the stress. I don’t live close to him, but can anyone give me ideas on how to help someone quit smoking?
I have emailed him the risks of smoking, and things like that, but wish I could do more.
I quit smoking after 10 years. It’s been two weeks and I am nauseous all the time. I get car sick when I am driving and if i even get in a car or bus that someone else is driving I feel like vomiting. Any idea how long this lasts or if there is something I can do to fix it?

Hi, I have been smoking for about 6-7 months now, and I just found out that my sport made it into the 2016 Olympics. I was wondering if my lungs would regenerate by that time, as I would like to make it into the Olympics?
I am 17 years old, been smoking about 10 – 15 a day.
I dumped my boyfriend over the weekend, a friend’s boyfriend committed suicide yesterday, and I’m working on the busy shift at my job this week. I feel like crying and crawling into a fetal position.
Should I just postpone this quite attempt?
Well, I didn’t slip after all. Very difficult to not smoke under extreme stress, but possible.

I have quit smoking weed now in my effort to lead a better life and be healthy…..but since I have quit about 1 week ago, I have been having chest tightness, and it feels like I have phlem in my chest…………..anyone else experince this ????
