I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

depends on whether you smoke silk cut or hand rolled cuban cigars.
about one hour
approximately zero.
depending how much u puff
It depends on whether you get lung cancer.
Approximately eight minutes
each puff is four (4) seconds off of your life.
I’m sorry John, but I think you are trivialising the matter.
Over the weekend, I spent a few hours with a friend who has smoked for years and years. He has emphysema, which means that he has real trouble breathing and he has severe circulation problems.
It doesn’t matter in the least whether his life might have been six weeks, six months or six years longer without smoking. The fact of the matter is that, right now, his quality of life is restricted and unpleasant.
Hardening of the arteries, loss of brain function, lung illness, these things are the reward for spending all that money on cigarettes, not just an earlier death.

It may not shorten your length of life but it could reduce of the quality of your life
