Are there any ways to get rid of asthma?

help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more

My husband has asthma and uses a preventative inhaler as well as a reliever. He has currently invested in a Powerbreathe as well.

He does sports (Tae Kwondo) and his fitness is ok. The asthma nurse on his check up was 550. He hasnt suffered an asthma attack in several years.

He wants to join the police which won’t happen until he is offer his medication. Is there any way he can do this?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

There is no cure for Asthma, just management. I thought you could join the Police Force with mild well controlled asthma?

Keeping fit and healthy will of course help and providing your husband takes all his preventative inhalers (regardless or whether or not his Asthma is playing up), he should be able to live relatively symptom free.

I have Asthma and it doesn’t really prevent me from doing the things I want to. The key with Asthma is good management, once you have that right, there shouldn’t really be a problem.

No asthma is non curable. Asthma is an allergy. You may ask yourself, what is causing the asthma. Common asthma triggers are dust, smoke, pets, pollen, mold and mildew. Is there any of that in the house?

Pillows and bedding are known for high concentrations of dust mites. Dust mites can also be a trigger. Do you wash your pillows and bedding in hot water regularly?

The best non medication treatment for asthma is to know your triggers and avoid them. If you can’t avoid those triggers, you will need a prescription medication. Many asthmatics have daily medications.

Some foods can help reduce inflammation, fish, broccoli and cauliflower. Airway inflammation is the underlying cause of asthma.

While asthma is non curable, there are ways to bring it under control.
The best way to do that is through regulating your diet and lifestyle.

Diet: natural whole foods, no refined, fried or processed foods at all
Lifestyle: air purifiers. Look for air purifiers with both HEPA and Activated Carbon filters for advanced particulate control.

LOL matt, asthma is not an allergy it’s a respiratory disease.
If you have it, the only thing you can do is use your preventative inhaler and keep your emergency inhaler on you at all times and use it whenever short of breath, and note that it will NOT stop an asthma attack once started.
Asthma is when your esophagus swells up and restricts oxygen reception. The emergency inhaler is a steroid that calms the swelling, allowing you to get more air, getting more oxygen.
I have bad asthma so I know for a fact all this to be true.
