i really REALLY wanna stop smoking ive been smoking for about a year now and i smoke about 8-13 cigarettes a day and i can go with only smoking 1 or 2 a day untill i go to work then i wanna smoke a whole pack at once because i work at mcdonalds and its soo stressfull whats the best way to quit smoking its too expensive its makes your teeth yellow and i just hate it any advice would be GREAT! thanks!

smoking moneybox ( like a swear box), get someone to write messages all over your cigarette box and cigarettes, everytime you have a cigarette give 10p/£1 etc to the nearest person, take a packet of biccies instead of ciggarettes to work and have a biccie instead or some gum.
these are all only little things but they might help i dunno
nicorette helps, if you chew nicorette you’ll still want a cigarette really bad but you wont NEED one. it will still be difficult but you could switch to american spirits ultra lights + nicorette, thats how a few of my friends quit.
It all comes down to the your Will to quit
You can use all the medicine and methods you want but in the end it would be up to you if you want to keep killing yourself
