I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Yes!
Then use a good moisturizes and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water help flush your out your system.
Get plenty of rest, some exercises and remember, wrinkles are like taxes they are inevitable.
So smile…and when they come because of old age, they will be in all the right places.
Continue to smoke and you will have negative lines instead of the positive ones that come from smiling.
Yes, absolutely.
It won’t make them any worse if you quit. I think the damage is done though. You definitely won’t get as many wrinkles as quickly if you quit now. I have heard that smokers squint more to see through the smoke so they also get more crows feet.
Yes and no. The wrinkles you have now will not go away. You can prevent future lines from forming by quiting know. Smokers frown and scrunchy up their faces when they smoke so that make more lines and creases. Stop to save money for the face creams to slow the process down.
You will. Deep lines my not be able to "disappear" but can be reduced.
I used to be a smoker, but quit when I was planning to have a baby. My skin looks better now. You could see the "healthy glow" on your face. Dry & flaky skin on my arms & legs are gone.

yes now is the time to quit
You wont get rid of them but stopping smoking will reduce more lines & wrinkles forming.
Make time to impement a beauty regime, cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise on a regular basis should help to soften them. Dont go out and buy these so-called creams that claim to reduce wrinkles & lines, you will only waste your money. And I’m talking about Olay, RoC, and L’Oreal. I find The Sanctuary skin care range kind to the skin and they dont make the outlandish claims of the others
Drink lots of water to flush the toxins out of your system. If you have difficulty in stopping smoking, then get patches, gum or lozenges and join up with your local stop smoking clinic!
There is some good info here.
Yes and no…
You aren’t likely to erase what you have completely, but quitting now will improve them (along with plenty of water and healthy diet). More importantly, it will get MUCH worse over the next 10 years if you don’t quit. If you are bothered now, you should definitely stop.
of course it will! But why did u start smoking in the first place?
Stop smoking now, and save the money you were spending on cigarettes for the face lift you will need in about 10 years You can’t turn back the clock now, without surgical intervention, things won’t improve much.
No, but you can try some over the counter wrinkle creams.
yes and don’t eat a lot + do a lot of execices!!!!
you bet!!!!!!!!
I began smoking when I was really young. It was the worst wrong move I’ve made. Now I’m older I have found giving them up is extremely difficult. I tried all of the quit smoking products but nothing did the trick. Then I heard about the e cig. The smokeless cigarette uses a nicotine liquid that holds simply nicotine. No toxic substances at all. They have literally saved my life. No more inhaling cancerous substances feels stupendous!
