help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
I met my friend a few days ago and he told me about how he smokes and he has smokes like 20 ciggarettes his parents r both deaf and he tells me he steals them from his dad he says he smokes because he feels bad for what he does to people and he wants to punish himself and he’s sad cus his ex ran away and has been gone for 4 months because he broke up with her I need to give him advice on how to stop plz help!

If that’s the reason why he smokes, then chances are he’s going to find more ways to hurt himself like cutting or drugs. Instead of asking here, I’d really ask the counselor at your school (make sure to talk to each one first, though. some give some seriously bullsh!t answers). Maybe the two of you could go together.
And the only way someone will ever quit smoking is if they decide to, not because someone is asking them to.

well tell him that he is 13 and he NEEDS to stop. and help him! like be there for him!
maybe tell his parents to hide there ciggs?! even though they are deaf write it down or something. lmfaoo.but tell him to stop smoking, untill he is 18 and he is legal, and then when he is 18 i bet he wont even smoke! justt tell him what could happen, and that yur there for him! and tell him, even though he broke up with her and she ran away, thats her fault, and she is messed up. it is not his fault. just make sure yur there for him!(:
as bad as it sounds, just let him, it’s his own mistake and he’ll realize it when the time comes, you can’t make him quit, he has to be ready on his own time, and it sounds like he he is going threw a hard time right now, just let him be until things get better for him.
Addictions are pretty hard to get rid of, but not IMPOSSIBLE. Show him this video, it is about addiction to pain medication. It might scare him out of addition.

He has to decide that he wants to stop smoking, only then can he stop. He has to choose. It is great that he has a friend looking out for him. Good Luck!
