I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

You will have to come up with a proper plan to ensure that you get rid of this habit as soon as possible. Find out about the ill effects of smoking, various ways to stop smoking, benefits of quitting, etc. Once you are well versed with all these stop smoking tips and benefits, you will gain the confidence required to quit smoking tobacco. If you opt for smoking cessation all of sudden, it will lead to some adverse effects on your body. These adverse effects, referred to as nicotine withdrawal symptoms, may range from slight headache to an awful feeling, difficult to describe. An ideal method would be to lessen the number of cigarettes you smoke everyday gradually, before finally coming to a complete halt. This will give your body enough time to get used to depreciating levels of nicotine intake, and at the same time make sure that you don’t suffer from any serious withdrawal symptoms.
I smoked a pack a day for years, Tried several times to stop without success. Then a friend of mine gave me one of his cigs. It was an American Spirit menthol. I smoked reds up until that time. I switched that day to the American Spirit Menthol’s. The menthol is contained in the filter so you don’t actually smoke it. The cigs aren’t sprayed with the stuff they spray normal cigs with. The stuff that helps you stay addicted. Anyway I smoked these cigs for about 3 months then I tried to quit again and I was able to walk away cold turkey. It took a little will power but it was much easier than when I was smoking Marlboro Reds.
Good luck!
Encourage him to take up exercise
