help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
My dad has been smoking for years now. I love my dad and I want him to live a long life. It seems that he doesn’t really care about his health. He’s quit like 3 times and he’s smoking again! It gets on my nerves and it makes me so mad! How can I help him quit? He’s making the family sick too by the smell!!!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Ultimately it’s his choice. You shouldn’t get mad at him for it. But I would want my dad to quit smoking too if he did.
On a lighter note, I like what the person above said about starting smoking and telling your dad that you’ll quit if he does. Funny.
Take him to the doctor and have the doc tell him he has lung cancer and tell him he doesnt on his deathbed
you should start smoking and tell him you will only quit if he does
Have you told him what you’ve just told us? Exactly how you said it? Sometimes the best thing is to hear what your own daughter thinks of your habit.
unless he wants to quit, it will be really hard to make him quit.
your best bet is to buy him some Nicorette and see if he likes it.
I would have the whole family talk to him about his smoking, and then give him the Nicorette and see if that helps.
If the whole family agrees make him smoke outside. You can’t help him until he’s ready. Champix works well but the person has got to want to stop
Its so addictive and it will have to be his choice, you can only influence him and ask him to stop if he hasn’t done it for his kids what about grandkids does he have any? Maybe he would do it for them in order to see them grow up. If he didn’t do it for his kids maybe he’ll do it for the grandkids. Good luck.
Just ask him to cut down a bit .Its going to be near impossible for him to stop.Incidently, recent research shows that lung cancer is in no way related to smoking. If he eats healthily and exercises , he will be less likely to get a stroke or heart disease.
