I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

first, how long have they been smoking and how much do they smoke?
if it occasional and not very long, then, it shouldn’t be too bad … get involved in activities with them to keep their mind off smoking and provide stress relief and enjoyment … help them remember why they are quitting and encourage them …
if they are pack-a day smokers, then they need a professional at that age … nicotine screws up your dopamine receptors and has adverse affects on sleeping, blood sugar, and many other areas … it is hard enough for a disciplined adult to overcome thee things, but someone so young may have a much harder time without help …
but if they are just saying they want to quit to please you, then they won’t quit … they have to want it for themselves and no one else …
you can google quit-smoking forums to get active help from people who are quitting or have already quit …
Like the other answers here, try talking to them. Since you all are still 13 its much easier to quit now before you are older and addicted to it, by then it would be much harder to quit.
Perhaps ask them why they smoke? Is it to look cool? The trend smoking is cool is becoming old. Also, people should make decisions on their own, not by following trends, etc. Make your own judgments based on facts, and the fact is smoking is not good for your health and costs about a whole meal if you smoke a pack a day, not to mention all the health costs in the long run when you’re older.
tell them to chew chewing gum always .
Give health education
counselling
fear of lung cancer in future.
sure fear of cancer they will stop smoking.

ah, don’t say anything…little kids who think they’re rebels in their cute little suburban wonderland love when people try to say something about what they do
If you ignore it, they’ll stop when they hit like, let’s say, puberty? and smoking starts giving them pimples and stunts the development of their bodies, so they look like little kids with ugly-mutt faces while everyone around them grows up to be handsome, beautiful teenagers
just try talking to them, im sure they’ll understand.
Don’t interfere.
