help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
she does not believe she can do it but i encourage her everyday. she quit for a few days but hid it from me for a week. i have been searching all over the internet for ways to quit. its really hard for her cause she is finishing school, just got a new job, we are trying to move in together, so she is very stressed and on top of that everybody in her family smokes around her and just leaves packs around the house which is very tempting. i would do anything to get her to kick this habit.

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

if she wants to quit she will quit, whether people around her are smoking or not. im 17 and i stopped about 2 months ago after smoking for over a year. i just decided that i was going to quit and i did. i didnt buy them anymore, and i just quit cold turkey. if she wanted to quit bad enough then she’d do it, im proof that it’s possible.
otherwise u can get her some nicorette gum or the patches, but i recommend her to just stop cold turkey.
put a fire cracker in 1 of her cigarettes
This is really tough.
I just recently quit-on my own-but I was under no pressure to start smoking because I limited my exposure to it.
I don’t live with people who smoke, I don’t work with people who smoke, I don’t go out and party, because it takes such a toll on my body, and fitness is top priority in my life.
Basically, it’s easy to quit when you’re not around it or exposed to it.
Your support is a huge help.
If she is at all concerned about her health and appearance, then you can educate her on side effects of cigarette smoke. There is absolutely no benefits to smoking. It’s smells, causes premature death, and costs most people an extra 3000$ a year.
Someone already said it, but if she wants to quit, she’ll quit.
I’ve successfully quit smoking cigarettes. Haven’t had a single drag for over a year now.
For me there were several prompts. Lung and heart issues linger in my family. My girlfriend hated it. And then there was the mysterious white patch in my mouth that my dentist discovered, prompting him to have me get the tissue biopsied by a maxillofacial surgeon. Not fun.
I turned out fine. But I was 23 at the time. Not cool.
Good luck to her. However, she doesn’t need it. She needs certitude.
do what my boyfriend did, nag at her..lol..eventually i got tired of hearing it and quit , so she will to… her family smoking doesnt help , mine did to, but i did it , just support her, tell her you know its going to be hard but your behind her 100%, she will appreciate that. Good Luck!
Try Chantix. It’s a prescription med but more effective than the nicotine replacement products. If you can’t go for that, the Commit lozenges (nicotine replacement therapy) or if that doesn’t work, a mini e cigarette — very much like smoking but without the cancer risk.
So you have decided to help your girl friend quit smoking ?
Then i would strongly suggest – Hypnosis is the best way to help you to quit smoking quickly, easily and inexpensively.
