help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
All I want to know is how to make her stop, but I need help, my dad can’t help me because he doesn’t know she is smoking. HELP!!!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. If your Dad doesn’t know, it’s because your mom is hiding it from him out of fear he’ll make her stop. Let that fear become a reality…. and tell your Dad. Together, you can work to help her stop the addiction. From your mom’s perspective, it’ll be hard to ignore a united front from everyone you love.
maybe you should tell your dad PRIVATLY that she is smoking. you guys can then plan a private time to talk to your mother. open up nad tell her how you feel about her smoking. tell her about the dangers. and if she feels like it wont happen to her… then ( i hate to say this but) take her to the doctor to get checked out. make sure she knows you really care and are concerned for her health because you love her. make a point of all the things she could miss if she eventually died of lung cancer or other major health concerns linked to smoking.
