I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Your doctor runs a clinic, they all do. Get a referal from your doctor, tell him of your work situatin and he should help. I did and from the advice I got I used the patches.

having a friend around during withdrawal symptoms help… if you’re doing something active, outside and not near a cigerette shop! which can be almost anything really.

    Excercise helps kick it too

or emotional motivation, take a picture of a ugly, wrinkly yellow toothed guy who looks 50 when he’s still 25.
    lol

    Nothing that SUSHI recommends works.
After 42 years of trying to quit, Chantix was the only thing that worked.

There are many ways to quit smoking. I know it’s hard because all smokers develop addition to nicotine and the longer you have been smoking the more difficult it is to stop.

But of course nothing is impossible. You can use the nicotine gum. I see many people are using it and it works to many people.

My husband is quitting smoking as well and he is using an oral spray to cut the nicotine craving, 3 times a day. The spray is natural and he has craved cigarettes a lot less. The spray is called Smoke deter and they are having an offer for 2 bottles free now.

When someone wants to stop smoking for good, one must choose a "quit day". This can be the start of a new life but you must make all your friends and family aware about your quit day so they will be able to help you. Your support team is very important for this venture; they must be there to support you whenever you feel like going back to your vices. It is also important to talk with people who have experience with the same thing as you and ask them for tips on what helped them stop smoking.

1.Keep yourself busy and stay away from things that tempt you.

2.The first few weeks are very crucial to your success.

    3. You must find new things that interest you and new things that you can do to make you not think of smoking.

    4. Remember that you are doing this for your health and for yourself. Think of the long-term rewards that you can have when you stop smoking and start a vice-free life. This is an important tip when stopping smoking.

http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/ is a new approach on quitting. The site is designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking without gaining weight nor using any medication, and it’s completely free.

"It doesn’t matter if you are a five a day teenager, or a one hundred a day pensioner, male or female, or if this is your first or fiftieth attempt at stopping – if you really want to stop smoking then this is the site for you."
