I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

The following are some questions as well as some suggestions you may want to consider:
* When is the best time to quit smoking? The answer may be different for women and men. Women should set their quit date to begin at the end of their period for best results. The first step is to set a quit date.
* Make a written list of why you want to quit smoking.
* Will you use an aid to help you quit? Will it be the patch, nicotine gum, stop smoking herbs, nicotine spray, soft laser therapy, nasal inhaler, or some other method?
* smoke only in certain places, preferably outdoors
* switch to a brand of cigarettes that you don’t like
* do not buy cigarettes by the carton
* cut coffee consumption in half (You will not need to give it up.)
* practice putting off lighting up when the urge strikes
* go for a walk every day or begin an exercise program
* stock up on non-fattening safe snacks to help with weight control after quitting
* enlist the support of family and friends
* clean and put away all ashtrays the day before quitting
Your doctor can help you. Drug clinics can help you. You can go cold turkey and do it yourself. You can call "800" drug lines and ask for advice. There are many things you can be doing to get yourself off this stuff if you are serious about it.
start drinkin
What I’d like to say is " Get it together. You aren’t addicted!". That’s what all the advocates say. They say it’s not addicting.
So start out small. Just don’t smoke any today, that’s all, just today. Then tomorrow smoke if you want to. But remember that you didn’t smoke yesterday and you’re still alive. Why not go for two. Eventually you will see that you can live without it. All those hours that you spent "high" were wasted. Now you can make up for that.
Not knowing anything about you I can’t suggest activities which would be attractive to you. But put your head to work, I’m sure a bright young person like you can come up with something.
