I am quitting smoking again. I noticed I am irritable and emotional again. I don’t want those things to ruin my quit as it did last time. Does anyone have any experience, hope, or encouragement to share?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. You could get addicted to something else. Just something not so dangerous. Maybe get addicted to exercise. It will help…

I’ve tried just about every method there is out there and there is only one I can recommend – NLP! It eliminates the cravings.
Gum patches and all the other just did not cut it for me, not to mention cold turkey which was the hardest, I even tried the electric cig and it is just no match to the real thing.
