help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
I’ve been hooked on Nicotine for about 2 years now, and im 17-1/2 years of age. Ive tried numerous methods and ways, but somehow my mind keeps giving into the cravings. Sometimes i like to play guitar just to keep my mind off smoking, but after a half hour or so, i give it up and go right for the cigarettes. In my mind, im saying "gotta have a smoke.", but in reality, all its doing is torturing me and my lungs, and my entire body. SOMEONE HELP ME FOR THE SAKE OF MY REALITY CHECK AND RELATIONSHIP WISE!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

pray about it and fast about it and then try to quit
You do it every night for about 8 hours. Too bad you take it up again in the morning!
Admitting you truly want to quit is the first step. Try checking with state or town agency, many have support groups.
Have you tried the patch? You can buy them at your local supermarket store. Or go to your physician and tell them that you wish to stop smoking but need patches or the gum. the patch works. I quit using the patches.
Start by asking your Dr. for the patch. He’ll prescribe it for you if you tell him why. Then follow the instructions to a T, and try to replace the oral fixation with something other than food. ie) Drink more Water. I have been smoking for 17years and that’s how I quit!
i quit cold turkey 11 years ago. i just gave away my smokes, and every time i craved a smoke i told myself "NO". i still get occasional cravings but its not bad. good luck!!
To quit smoking is not an easy task,so just trying to quit smoking is not enough,to cut down on smoking will not do it either, what you need is a jolt from someone you know that is suffering or has suffered from it,in my case it was our neighbor that died of lung cancer,it’s been several years and I haven’t touch a cigarette since that day,the funny part is that now I hate being near a smoker because the smell actually bothers me,good luck with your quest and believe me,once you quit for good, you’ll feel a lot better with yourself
Change all your habits where you were smoking before.
If you drink something specific and smoke, stop that.
Kinda like coffee and cigs, give up coffee and the cigs go with it(just an example)
You just did, the 1st step is to accept you have a problem.
Just don’t light up!
I smoked for 16 years, and I quit cold-turkey on 2-15-04. I haven’t smoked one, or even wanted one.
You have to WANT to quit, and you can do it!
