help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
My dad has been smoking for such a long time and I’m worried about his health. I’ve tried making deals, ignoring him, not hugging him but he dosen’t seem to care and I feel like he dosen’t care about his health. What should I do? Please Please help I am begging you to please help me!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again
just to get you dad into something like a sport or something, anything you guys can do together.. well like that my sis got my dad to stop smokeing!
talk to him. tell him your deepest concerns.(shortened life is a good/big one!) try to get him on the patch or gum. but mainly tell him your feelings and if that doesnt work CUT HIM OFF FOR A WEEK! and whenever you can throw his cigs away.
