help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
i know its a thing she has to do on her own and she has to want to do it. but she says she does want to quit. what can i do to help her be conviced. shes watsing all our money on smokes and is killing me with second hand smoke and herself. shes been smoking for so long im really worried about her, and i want to help both of us. last time i tried to bring it up, she grounded me. any advice or tips we need help please!!!!!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. If she grounded you just for bringing up the fact that she needs to quit smoking, then she obviously doesn’t really want to quit, regardless of what she says. On a side note, it seems overtly pathologic that she grounded you over something like that. Anyway, you can’t begin to make her quit until she decides on her own to do it. I’ve been trying to get my Mom to quit smoking for 30 years. Both of her parents and her sister (all smokers) all died of lung cancer. Horrible deaths. Still, she won’t quit. She started to act annoyed when we would bring it up so we (my brother and sister and I) backed off. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do.
Tell her how much you mean to her and how fortuante you are to have her and you you dont want to loose her make sure she knows you’re scared
