I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

I understand how you feel. I’ve been there. Who knows how many times I’ve nagged my mom to quit smoking.
For starters, explain that it is better for everyone’ health (including to avoid from second-hand smoke) and encourage her cut down smoking cigs slowly one by one in each week or so. For people who are heavily addicted, it is impossible to quit in the next day.
Rough that ho up
Buy her patches.
Get her to try to chew the gum you can get.
nicorette
let her die from cancer
Try to reason with her and not threaten her. The more stress you put on her the more she is apt to keep smoking.
there is nothing wrong with smoking.
and people dont die from it.
those are all lies.
LIES!
if it bothers you that much make her smoke outside.
Tell to her to go to Amazon or to a book store and buy "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr.
Do nothing else.
This book was recommended to me by someone who quit smoking. It was recommended to him by someone else who had also quit smoking. Before I read this book, I smoked a pack day on off for 10 years. Now I am smoke free, happy and healthy and now know deep down I will never put a cigarette to my lips again.
Its obvious you love your mom and care about her so much for her to stop smoking. Just tell her to read the book. She has nothing to lose. It will be the most important book she will ever read in her life.
Good luck to you and your mom!
That’s a tough situation you are in. Unfortunately, some people just have too much trouble quitting and some people just never will. There is nothing you can do about your mother if she is unwilling. Some days she may feel up to considering quitting and even give it a try for a little while. But, inevitably, some people just can’t kick their addictions. I am very sorry to say that you are powerless in this situation. What you can do is understand how disgusting and unhealthy it is and never start smoking yourself!
And you can ask that your mother smoke outside. You have a right to clean air.
pee on her smokes
