I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

my husband and I quit 4 months ago….this is the website we used..HONEST…check it out

well i quit cold turkey, its been 3 months. i also heard hypnosis works very good
Go to the pub and get drunk, every time you spark up you will be fined, soon you will not be able to afford to smoke!
I quit a month ago today…cold turkey. I actually looked up pictures of lung and throat cancer…I quit that day.
Look at it this way, do you want to cut your life short and die with Lung Cancer? I have seen people pass away because of lung cancer and it is a sad painful death. You make the choice, your life or a cigarette.
i smoked for 23 years and gave up each time i was pregnant, i gave up for good last christmas. i had to as i had acute tonsilitus, ear infection, chest infection and cold sore inside my eyes. was too ill to smoke. after 4 days felt better but the cigarettes tasted vile, havent touched another one since although i have been tempted. you need a good reason to give up, doing it for your own health is rarely a good enough reason as we all think that it wont happen to us, cancer happens to other people. find a target, stick to it and if you are tempted do something else. i put on 10lbs when i gave up but felt so much better it was worth it. if you really cant give up try to cut back as many as you can. good luck xx
Use the gum or the patch. Also, bite into a jalapeno every time you crave a smoke. It sounds ridiculous but it really helped me break the psychological association with cigs.
Another thing is to not avoid the things you used to enjoy while smoking. It will suck at first but you will soon realize that you can enjoy beers and coffee without smoking. Besides, if you avoid the things you enjoy then you will giving up a lot more than smoking and who wants to do that.
Just stop. Have self control, its all in your head. I did, I didn’t slow down and eventually stop, I didn’t take pills. I just one day stopped and it was fine because I had my mind set.
Don’t buy them, simple as that, good luck by the way as its worth it in the end

I tried everyting there is to try. I smoked for over 30 years. Go to your doctor and ask him for a rx for chantix. It’s a new drug they recently came out with to help you quit smoking they also have a great website to go to also. It worked for me it can work for you. Good luck I know how hard it is. This really is a wonder drug.
