Iknow im young but ismoke&& drink sometimesz go to dhu club but ican’t stop iwanna to prove ican cusz sometimesz people call meh namesz. i tried but my friendsz alwaysz have some and i can’t help myself i smoke too much and im only 15!

I tried for years to quit…patches, medications just about everything…i ended up getting hypnotherapy and havent smoked for 2 years…but the best advice i can give you is the simplest. Dont smoke…just dont do it…thats all you have to do.
ok simple…u carry chewing gum and water where eva u go… when u feel to smoke, u just drink water and chew the gum..o if u dun like to take all dat, make ur time filled wt sumthin better, like go to the place which u can smoke, library, ur house, scholl…and keep eatin fruit when u feel to smoke if u dun like to take along water to school…believe me..its works for me
There are a bunch of things you can try, like patches, gum, etc. The best thing to do is to make sure you pre-plan quitting. Try to come up with things you can substitute for cigarettes prior to actually quitting to improve your chance of success.
