I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

To quit smoking, you can do the following things:
Write down the reasons why you smoke.
Know in which situations you like to smoke best.
You should know these situations very well (for example, when you are having a good time) and start to think of a solution for how you want to deal with that situation. More.
Determine the day you will stop. That can be tomorrow, but you can also wait for a more favourable moment.
Tell the people around you that you are going to quit. Possibly with somebody else.
Take away everything that reminds you of smoking.
Stop radically; it gives you the best chance of success.
Change your eating and drinking habits. Drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fresh fruit and be aware of ‘pleasure drinks’ like coffee, tea and alcohol.
Take care of enough physical relaxation. Go for a walk or a ride or go swimming.
Reward yourself. Do nice things or give yourself something, like a cd or clothes.
If you fall back, don’t give up. Find out in what situation it happened and try to find out with what (alternative) behaviour you can react in the future. If you manage to come through the same situation next time, you have become stronger.
The desire to smoke is one of the first things you notice when you stop smoking. Such a moment lasts a few minutes. It comes, stays for a while and then goes. If you have stopped smoking recently, you will have that desire more often than after a few weeks. After a while, the periods between ‘wanting to smoke’ get longer and longer. Ultimately, the desire to smoke diminishes. Nicotine patches, self-help books and your doctor can help you to stop smoking. Also, health care centres usually have special "quit smoking" programs.
good luck! fight the hard fight I will be pulling for you!
never smoke between cigarettes
health shop today buy a pack of herbal cigarettes ( be careful how you smoke them the end falls off) and some herbal tobacco and some papers and a little rolling machine and learn to roll all sounds silly but it’ll wean you off them . good luck keep at it .
I am not really sure. I just gave it up, and used will power to not have any and the cravings went away. I guess you need to find something to occupy your hands so you don’t need to fiddle. Um and maybe nicotene patches at first?
Quit cold turkey, It is the most effective way to stay quit, It’s tough at first, But You’ll be glad You did it
there are a few things like nicotine patches and chewing gum…
firstly you have to really really want to quit it wont work if you just casually think id like to quit it wont work.i find the best way is to start off by reducing the amount of fage, say if you have one every 30 mins, allow 1 every hour, when you find you are getting used to the reduced amount probably a week then reduce it again by 30 mins 1 every hour and half, and so on,do not allow your self to start eating junk, make sure you have fruit and healthy snacks to nibble on in between, when you are ready to make the final push buy some healthy chewing gum and chew away, hope this helps.
The only effective way is willpower!
Just stop and stay stopped.
It will be hard but any money making gimmick sold to you like gum/patches etc. still ends up in your head as the willpower to continue!
first of all when you say the doctors weren’t much help what do you mean ?
ive been to the doctors and have stopped smoking with their help since october 08 i know its not that long ago but to anyone who knows about giving up smoking knows this is isn’t easy to do now i decided to go with a tablet called champix and found these really helpful as these take away the cravings and you don’t use patches or anything else don’t get me wrong i still fancy one every now and again but its easy to think of something else anyway enough of my waffling good luck with giving up hope you succeed
I used the patch. I did it in 2 weeks and I smoked for 20+ years, nearly 2 packs a day! The biggest obstacle is that you have to want to do it. Start with your starter patches, stay away from others that smoke as much as you can, remind yourself why you’re quitting and know that the cravings will ease in a very short time. Good luck and here’s a link:

It’s a new approach designed for everyone who seriously wants to stop smoking for free without drugs, patches, nor gaining weight.
This site tackles smoking from an addiction perspective; It doesn’t matter if you are a five a day teenager, or a one hundred a day pensioner, male or female, or if this is your first or fiftieth attempt at stopping, if you follow all instructions, you’ll certainly become a non-smoker.
Good luck and happy quitting!
I have been trying to quit too. i have one more smoke in my car for the ride home and im going to give it another shot. the cravings are just down right horrible. Then i think i will have to quit drinking for awhile b/c thats a big "fall off the wagon" for me. Almost everyone I know smokes. but i cant take how i smell afterwards, i cant stand my breath afterwards and most of all that it causes cancer and makes us grow and look older faster. I tried the doctors too. He wanted me to take Chantix or Chantax and its not covered by health insurance (which makes me feel like they really dont want you to quit smoking) I honestly think its just will power. Keep trying and keep trying. i am hoping this is it for me. WE can do this.
