help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
I really want my dad to stop smoking, but im not really sure how i should tell him. Help?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. State your concern for wanting him to stop smoking.
Be detailed and considerate of his feelings.
You have to understand that smokers have an addiction and it is not always easy.
Also, bring up the topic of secondhand smoking.
Aware him of the fact that his smoker does more harm to you and others he is around than the damage he is doing to himself.
Just tell him your ruining your health and i want you to be on this planet as long as possible….and see what he says….He might not want to quit though and you can make him.
"I love you. I want you to be around for a long time. You should try to start cutting back on smoking."
Let’s say he smokes 5 a day. Ask him to only smoke 4 a day for a couple weeks. Then 3 a day. then just take it all the way down. It will take time, but it’s far more effective than just cold turkey.
Be like dad…..Well ive been really worried about you and smoking lately and i dont want nothing to happen to you because i love you….Will you please stop smoking because it bothers me sometimes and what smoking does to people these days like lung cancer Etc. I really dont want that to happen to you.
