help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
so my mom has been smoking for a as long as i can remember but my dad has started and i need to make him stop, he never used to before . any ideas ? or methods ? or personal expierence ?

Tell your parents that they are damaging your health, by inhaling their passive smoke.
I’ve been through a lot of pain and grieve caused by passive smoke.

sorry to say but you can’t make people stop their addictive behaviours. You can tell them that it upsets you and all the negative literature on smoking. I think that expressing how you feel is pretty much the only thing you can do. Good luck with that.

my mom used to smoke, one day I was walking behind her and acted like a burning ash flew into my eye, I cried and made a huge scene, she stoped smoking
I have an allergy to cigarette smoke once I tell people that, and that my allergies trigger terrible migraines, they usually at least don’t smoke around me
