I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Your dad will have to quit smoking, thats the only way. Or you could possibly put your clothes in garment bags so they dont absorb the smell.

Try throwing a cup of ammonia in the wash next time you clean your clothes – it’s a great stench-buster.

For stuff you don’t wash as often, like coats, Febreze the fabric overnight.

Also try to keep the door to your room closed and air it out often. Most importantly, encourage Dad to quit! :)

Your Dad can smoke out side the house,or you can move to another house, or tell your dad how did your feel about your friends comments. Or just wash your clothes every day.

Persuade Dad that he should stop!
(after 50 years I have now stopped for 8 months and, although still twitchy, I think I have cracked the habit)

You will receive all sorts of of advice … but it won’t work – believe me (It’s like trying to find a cure for baldness! – another of my problems!)

Be honest, help your Dad to live longer!
