me n my bf made a deal that he gonna help me to take less caffeine and im gonna help him to stop smoking..any idea how?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. easiest way is to replace one addiction with another. find something he wouldn’t mind doing instead and get him hooked on that. gym maybe
