I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Dont use your bf as an excuse for your addiction to smoking.
Do it for yourself and if your bf wants to quit as well, he can on his own terms

Will Power will get you through if you really want it

I had a friend who got a prescription from his doctor and he quit in about a month. Im pretty sure its just 1 pill a day and will save you money in the long run. You might ask your doctor about it..
as for getting things out of your system faster..I believe head shops sell "detoxifying" kits..

Get away from him! Going cold turkey is not so hard if you are not around "triggers" and reminders. Quitting smoking herb and cigarettes is easier for some, others say to keep smoking cigarettes to handle being sober. You will see what works for you, depends on how long you’ve been smoking cigarettes and how often you smoke. Quitting the weed is easy (just not very fun), but still pretty easy.
Eat right, lots of fruits & veggies, juices, multivitamins, and you’ll clean pee pretty soon. Buy a home drug test kit just to make sure you’re clean.

congrats on your decision to quit.. hey its never easy, but doable!!! Good luck on your efforts!!

After smoking for over 40 years, i have been nicotine free for over 5 years.. What worked for me was participation in a support group.. I attend Nicotine Anonymous meetings, both locally, and online… On line voice meetings are as close as your computer!!

Nicotine Anonymous is a Non-Profit 12 Step Fellowship of men and women helping each other live nicotine-free lives. Nicotine Anonymous welcomes all those seeking freedom from nicotine addiction, including those using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. The primary purpose of Nicotine Anonymous is to help all those who would like to cease using tobacco and nicotine products in any form. The Fellowship offers group support and recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to achieve abstinence from nicotine.

There are many ways to quitting better than cold turkey (it’s very difficult), one of the best is following a method.
http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/ is a new approach on quitting without external aids, no weight-gain and minimum withdrawals.
They don’t try to sell you anything, the site is completely free. It’s like reading an e-book.

There are also other methods including patches, gums, chemical substances, hypnosis, electronic cigarettes, etc. Which method is better for you depends upon many factors, most people try various methods before succeeding. There is no "best" method. The only way to tell if any given method works or not for you is to try it.

I think it’s very admirable that you are trying to quit. The problem is 95% of people FAIL when it comes to quitting smoking because cigarettes are addictive both physically and mentally.

My advice is to decide to keep smoking, but choose a safe smoking alternative that won’t aggravate your asthma, won’t give you cancer and won’t cause you to lose your mind.

I’d check out the Safe Electric Cigarette. The Green Smoke Electro-Cigarette gives you the nicotine fix you need without the tar, smell or cancer causing carcinogens. Best of all it costs 1/4th the cost of smoking real cigarettes AND you can smoke indoors. You can check out the http://www.bit.ly/13XSOP Green Smoke Safe Cigarette on the link below
