I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Eat lots of fruit and veg, carrot sticks are brilliant as a aid to giving up smoking, sugar free chewing gum is a good help too, I know its hard as I quit myself in July last year but its been so worth it, you could start a bit now by trying to cut the amount of ciggies you smoke down by a few each day, after meals when the craving is a bit annoying get up and have a walk or go do something to take your mind off it, a craving only lasts a few minuets, I’ve just come back from a dream holiday to Australia with the money I’ve saved from giving up, put the money you save in a jar each month and either treat yourself to something nice and girlie or put it in the bank towards a holiday or something you really want, all the very best of luck and eat plenty of fruit and veg.
if you feel the need to snack, make sure you have plenty of healthy options available. try to do plenty of exercise as well, this will not only keep your mind occupied but also help to shift a few pounds
stoping smoking causes you to eat more as a replacement as your body is telling you somthing is missing try eating fruit, i did and it worked for me and it was not putting weight on me. goodluck
While you’re trying to quit, it would also be a good time to start a "diet" Try not to eat things when you crave a cig. Carry around gum or hard candy, something to keep your mouth busy when you really have those cravings
try those nicotine patches and if u want to lose wait believe in urself and sumbody u trust to help
if ur realy struggling call a helpline or sumthing
basically try the patches nicotine and find soething else to spend your money on and do like may be try anew hobby go tot he gym take part in an activity that will keep you fit and get you off smoking try chewing um and mints they help good luck
get addicted to exercise if you have the time, i dont +i gained a stone
I would suggest drinking lots of water and eating foods that are fibrous to fill you up such as fresh fruits, vegetables ( and yes its OK if you don’t like vegetables you can always just stick with the fruit), and whole grains (without the germ removed). Eat often preferably 5-6 small, balanced meals a day to keep your hunger at bay. By a balanced meal I mean a protein i.e. lean meats, low fat cheese, a carb i.e. a serving of fresh fruit or whole grain, and a fat i.e. unprocessed oils( NO hydrogenated or trans fats), or nuts. Breaking a sweat a few times a week or any kind of exercise that you can do helps as well.
