I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Congratulations on becoming a non smoker!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wash every thing including all hard surfaces in your apartment, walls, cabinets, tvs, computers, etc. Shampoo carpets, wash linens, curtains. Febreze and use air fresheners, and open the windows and let your apartment air out. And don’t forget to throw out all your old stinky ash trays.

Concentrate on the room you smoked in the most, and then move on to the rest of the apartment.

    Good luck.

You need to dry clean curtains, shampoo carpets, and paint the walls and ceilings. Be sure you wash all clothing in closets too. Smoke smells embed themselves in fibers. Congrats on stopping!!!!!!!!!!!!! :0)
