I NEED HELP TO STOP SMOKING! PLEASE HELP!?

help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more

okay, im 15 and i really want to quit! i have been smoking for a year at least 3 times a month but its getting worse! is there anything i can do without my parents knowing? a website?

this is serious, im really nervous

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was.     I actually had the same question tonight and and there are so many different options I think we just have to find something to do to keep our mind off wanting s cigorate good luck

    Though not in the same category, nicotine can be every bit as addictive as drugs like heroine, or even cocaine. Once you realize that you are addicted, you then also realize that this is something that you just can’t give it up at will. Freeing your body from years of nicotine is no easy task. Usually three or more attempts are made before the average smoker is able to quit. Even then it is often with the aid of prescription drugs or nicotine patches.

    Everytime you pick up a cigarette, look down at it , and say what am I doing, I don’t smoke! It works, and put the cigarette down!

    Google "quitline smoking"
    and find their number.

    Quit putting them in your mouth.
    When you smoke 10-20 times a day then you can be nervous about quitting.
    Seriously, just quit lighting them.
