help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
Okay, so I need to stop smoking weed and legal herb that gets you just as high if not more. It isn’t addictive physically, but I have become emotionally dependent on both.
How can I control myself and stop myself from smoking?
I know it is disgusting.
Also, how can I work on losing the weight I’ve gained from having the munchies?
I’ve gained an extra 10 lbs. It isn’t noticeable to others since I am still skinny, but still, I can see it.

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet – I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.

Weed makes you lose weight when you don’t eat when you get the munchies.
lol if the only reason you want to quit is because of the weight u dont have to quit. If you want to loose weight just start jogging for about 30mins at least everyday. Also if you play a sport its easy to stay on a exercise schedule since you have to goto practice
