		<description>I am currently uin the same position as yourself, i gave up smoking 5 months ago and i cant believe how much weight i have gained, that was until about 3 weeks ago. I have a treadmill that has 5 settings which helps, i walk for 5 mins at an easy pace then switch up a gear and so on, Also while walking on your tread mill grab two cans of food eg, Baked beans, and wokr ur arms out,im also eating alot of fruit and veges, cutting back the caffine and sugar intake *grrr i have a sweet tooth*, instead of driving try walking, EVERY little bit counts. Dont Eat after 7pm. For snacks eat fruit rather then museli bars and such, another good choice is yoghurt. Check out whats online. BEST OF LUCK DONT give up.</description>

		<description>Start slowly, if possible read a book or watch TV go for as long as you can up to 30 minutes, if you cant make 30 that&#039;s OK your goal for the next session will be one minute later than it was that time until you reach 30 minutes, 30 minutes three times a week is an excellent start. You are doing everything else well! Good Luck!</description>

		<description>Walk for an hour (at least) each day.  Watch your favorite TV program while you do it.  Make sure it&#039;s a good, fairly fast pace.  Also, do not eat any refined sugar, white flour, or, and this is the biggie, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.  This stuff causes heart disease and cancer and will keep the weight on.   Food can be 0 trans fats (which is good) but still have hydrogenated veg. oils so long as it&#039;s less than .5%.  So read all labels.   Good luck!</description>
