I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Listen, what you’re experiencing is a normal side effect of breaking any "habit".
Your not experiencing a chemical withdrawal-physical pain, itching, sweating, shaking, vomiting, etc. You’re experiencing the psychological and emotional effects of discontinuing a pleasurable, habitual behavior. The same effect is experienced by anyone who "breaks" a habitual behavior. Whether it is masturbating, gaming, texting, or just having a cup of tea every night- discontinuing the behavior suddenly and completely will have an adverse reaction psychologically, and cause nervousness, trouble sleeping, depression, and other *psychological* effects. These are Not the same as chemical withdrawal symptoms.
The best way to cope with the psychological effects of breaking a habit is to get your mind on other things, replace the old activity with new ones.
Find something else to fill up your life with. Find new interests.
