		<description>My experience is that &quot;it&#039;s only one cigarette&quot; is a slippery slope and before you know it you&#039;re back to how much you smoked before.   But you did it already, so pick yourself up again and just get back with it.  Don&#039;t quit quitting!
Also, I&#039;ve found that the hardest milestones to achieve are the third day, the third week, and the third month.  I&#039;ve never made it to the third year :-( so I don&#039;t know about that one.
