help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
My girlfriend is freaking out because she read that smoking cig’s stop’s your breasts and your height’s growth process. She wants to know if she stops (She’s 17 so she still has years to grow) if the process will begin again and she can continue to grow.

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. Yes it can cause those things, along with internal growth. Her brain might not be devolping to its full potential and other things like that.. so i say to encourage her to quit..
I’m not sure… but if it will get her to stop smoking then tell her yes…Also remind her that smoking causes wrinkles, yellowing of the teeth, the typical unattractive "look of a smoker", and a raspy hoarse voice. Not to mention the stinky smell that goes along with it.
