help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
I need to quit smoking weed but the last time i tried i got too tired, and need to clean my body out. I know it will be easier if its completly out of my system. Please help me if you’ve got a way to quit or to cleanse.

I did a detox once. In the morning first thing I had a glass of warm water with freshly squeesed lemon in it. Then for the rest of the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) I had fruit. You’re supposed to pick one, I picked apples.
Supposedly eating only the same thing for one day means less work for the digestive system and therefor gives it a chance to clean itself. Whatever I felt great.
Drink lots of water and cranberry juice.
The best way 2 detoxify your body is to go on a 3-day all fruit diet..i mean fruits 4 breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks everything!! Take organic if can get it. Also drink freshly made juices too, Just put the fruits in and blend it out. If u can do this 4 three days, your systems gonna be pretty much clean. Hope u quit weed as soon as possible.
