I read several articles saying that the main problem with shisha smoking is that the amount of smoke inhaled is about 100 times larger than that of cigarette smoking. However, I wonder how the contents in the smoke differ from each other (like the absence of Tar in shisha tobacco), and whether they are more, less, or equally harmful.

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Better. Drawing all the smoke through water removes many of the dangerous compounds. In addition, the lower amount of nicotine you are exposed to means you are weaning yourself off your cigarette habit. I found it a good way to cut down on my smoking before quitting.
I don’t know. I love smoking shisha tobacco but I hate cigarettes.
I’ve read that too. I reckon it’s down to preference. Whichever one you prefer, you’re still smoking and it’s bad for you. As they say, in for a penny, in for a pound.
