yes interesting one this. I saw an article on the BBC about Holland banning smoking in public places….. however, you were aloud to smoke joint inside cannabis cafes – as long as the joint had no tobacco in it!!!! Strange!!
Now I’m not saying you can do that in this country but I’d be interested to see what they would do with a herbal cigarette – with no tobacco!!!

Ah, that would be a no, otherwise you could smoke a joint without infringing on the smoking ban, but then you’d fall foul of another law – if someone reported it.
I wish they had smoking places and non smoking places and people could just choose which they wished to frequent. I’d be happy to go to a smokers only pub if that was the law.
Smoke is smoke, so it really doesn’t matter what kind. The ban is against smoking, period!
