help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more

Just list techniques on ways to quit smoking. I am not interested in pay sites to quit so please don’t list any pay site programs. I plan on trying every technique you post to quit. Several people in my family are interested in techniques to quit smoking. Surely one will help. The more techniques the better.

Thanks
Brian

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

I successfully managed to quit last year for 10 months. I used patches, an inhalator and gum as well as regular visits to a cessation nurse. These and the willpower to want to quit may have been the answer?

All the answers given will cost you money. The only way to quit without paying is cold turkey.
If you don’t want to pay anything but want to see what’s available, check out the page: Ways to Stop Smoking at http://www.quitguide.com
Remember that every day you smoke costs you money, so it usually is more cost effective to pay for help to quit quickly and for good.
