help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
quit smoking like 10 days ago and now it’s been two days I have a terrible headache at the front area of my head (forehead, especially between my eyebrows) and I have runny nose (sometimes it gets stuffy)
Does quitting smoking has anything to do with this ?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Yep!!! any time we try to quit a bad habit with brain altering chemicals attached we can expect to have a lot of headaches! This is the brain’s way of telling you that it doesn’t want to give up the nicotine! Sniffling will go away in about a month or so!!
Please don’t give up!! It is so worth it to get away from this very expensive nasty stinky habit!!
I am having issues also from trying to quit!! You can and so can I!!
nope, sounds like you picked up a bug—-ugru
Sounds like you have allergies. It IS springtime.
Or maybe you are getting a cold.
Same thing happened to me. It took a week to go away and it was so very annoying. Stick with it though. Congrats!!!!
I felt the same way but im using the gum quit 3 weeks ago and i only chew one peace a day now i feel a ton better wish i would have quit along time ago
My expriences say its normal. Your body is trying to clean up the system. Before this they had misunderstood the nicotine that been inhaled before is part of the ‘nutrients’. When you cut out the ‘nutrients’ the body is reacting to it and send signal to balance it back. But its ok for the first few weeks, if you still sick after a month, run quick to your doctors
