So i quit smoking a month ago. People say they cough stuff up after they quit and that is the lungs cleaning themselves out. Well i haven’t coughed up anything until very recently and its like white/grayish/yellow. I really dont know how to describe it. Is that a bad color? Or is it normal? Has this happened to anyone else? How do you know if the color is normal or not?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

this is normal, it happened to me when i started and stopped welding, its just mucus from your throat and lungs from the smoke and gases that the cigarettes cause when you inhaled to stop that you should get some mucusX, i think thats how you spell it, it getts rid of mucus for when your sick but it will help you
