help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
Okay, i am an 18 year old senior in High School about to graduate.
For the last 6 years or so I have had self-coscience problems.
And for the last 3 years, I have had serious anxiety and depressive symptoms.
With that said… my last year has been very shitty, aside from my mental health issues
i have undergone heart break, panic attacks, severe bullying, and hav gone from medicine
to medicine to try to help. So this last year has been awful to me.
So, last summer I tried pot for the first time (this was right after my heart break)
since then I really haven’t been able to stop, for the last 7 months or so, i’ve sort of
used it to neglect my pain.
Now I am trying to quit and every time I stop I become incredibly depressed!!
So what should I do. Completely quit? Does it get better after a few days?
Please answer and thanks for reading.
I have smoked for about 6 years and think they cause my headaches. is there something i can do to try and stop smoking? without electric cigarettes, gum, ect.
She is smoking for 6 years now and she is not smoking in front of me. So when we are together she is not smoking, but when we are not together as it happens a lot of time she is smoking. What do you think is the best way i make her stop smoking without forcing her to do it? Thank you!
I am 20 years old and i have been a pack a day smoker for 6 years
Im 13 and have been smoking for 6 years. Need some ways to help quit.
About 6 years ago my dad had a stroke due to his excessive smoking. After that he went cold turkey and quit ever since. It was only recently that he started smoking again because he broke up with his new girl friend. He smokes about a pack a day and I’m really worried about his health. So if you have any ideas that would be great.
Hi, I gave up about ten months ago after smoking for 6 years and am doing very well. I find it very hard not to smoke whilst on a night out though, especially when drinking/ drunk; however, as I only ever have opportunity for a night out about once a month, I am happy with this as it’s only for a few hours.
However I have another issue, and I’d be interested to know if anyone has any experience of this, or ways of beating it. If I go on a long journey, whether by car, rail, baot or plane, I smoke then, whilst waiting for connections- I just seem to buy a pack without pausing to think and smoke outside of terminals, stations etc etc.
Has this happened to anyone else? It isn’t because I am stressed by the journey, I love travelling, but for some reason smoking for me seems to go with a long journey just like a night out.
Any experiences? Thanks!
Yes, I’m in the UK.
