what are some good, CHEAP ways to help me quit smoking?

I want to quit smoking but am having a VERY hard time. anyone have any suggestions? the gums, losenges (sp?), and patches are WAY too expensive. thanks!

So I just recently found out I was pregnant…what are some of the best ways to quit smoking?

I’m going to quit so I really am not looking for information on how smoking harms the baby or anyone else, I already know that so you can save the lecture for someone else. <~~~~~see I already started to quit, can’t you tell by how crabby that sounds. Thanks, I’m just having some hard time kicking the cravings.

I quit smoking about 3 weeks ago and now i am having difficulty breathing?

I am a 28 year old male and have been smoking for about 12 years now…i quit about 3 weeks ago and now i am having a hard time breathing and i am always taking deep breaths and i am always finding my self out of breath and i feel like my heart is racing. Is this just a side affect of quitting smoking or should i get medical attention
