help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
About 1-2 months ago my friend and I smoked 2 J’s each and all of a sudden I blanked out. Then I half came back but everything was moving in an S shape and instead of seeing night time it was like it was afternoon and there was a dark clouds. I went to explain what happened to my friend and it the blanking out happen again but this time when I came back I felt like I wasn’t fully in my body, as if my soul was floating above my body, I though I was dead, I was completely convinced that I had died. I freaked and told my friend I had died and I had to go to hospital and I ran back to her house and told her parents that I died and stuff and they got me to calm down and they smoke weed quite often and they said that its a common thing to happen and it happens to most people that try it and Ill be fine. The next day I felt like I was dreaming but everything else was fine.Two weeks later I had some more bud and i blanked out again but this time it was sort of different it just felt like i had fallen to the back of my body and i couldn’t remember the last 2 minutes after that i was fine. I haven’t smoked bud since then but one time i felt funny again it wasn’t like i blanked out but i had the falling back into my body feeling again and i just felt weird like i wasn’t myself. Through out this period of time, Ive had moments where i don’t feel like myself and sometimes see things at the corner of my eye.
Whats wrong with me? How do I fix it? And how risky would it be smoking again soon?

I’m trying to quit but I get so pissed off and have no motivation to get up or do anything, and i can’t sleep without it. help?
I am quitting because I am a boxer and it is killing my cardio, I exercise everyday but I think smoking is holding me back from getting in better shape
Ok i just made the track team, and i realized how bad of shape my body was in when i ran the 800 meter. I could only run the 400 meter, i litterally had to start walking after the first lap! ok well i have to be a long distance runner, because im not very fast. but see, i smoke. My question is: if i quit smoking how much will it really improve my running? alot, or not much? i really need to know!
