i am 14 and have been smoking for 2 years and would love to stop
its ruining my life because i love biking and ice skating and it is tiring me out as well as being asthmatic(born with it)
i only started because of my boyfriend and it also boosted my confidence
i know its wrong and at the moment i have not had a fag for a few week and want to keep it that way
i have also been pressured with weed but that just crosses the and then thought im stopping all together
i dont want to tell my mum coz she dunt need to know
it has gotten to the point where its really bad, i smoke it everyday, and when i dont have it, all the money i ever get goes on weed, i have even stole stuff from my family and sold it just for weed, i have sold like 4 of my ipods, i really wanna stop it like makes me cry the way my life is going, how can i get help?
my friend is smoking a lot and he has started experimenting with other drugs… but i feel like weed is the source of the problem. it isnt too serious yet with the other drugs but it can get worse. help?
My flatmate seems to have told his family its OK to smoke weed in our house.
The smell of it makes me sick to my stomach and I don’t think I should have to put up with it.

So I’ve been smoking almost every day for 2 years. I wanted to take a tolerance break this month. In the past week I’ve smoked once. Will smoking only once a week help lower my tolerance once again or will I have to stop smoking completely? Please only answer if you’ve taken a tolerance break yourself, and don’t tell me how "bad" weed is for you because that’s not what I’m asking! Thanks everyone!

I am trying to quit smoking (cigarettes and weed) and it’s so hard cause my boyfriend does it and we live together he doesn’t pressure me i just smell it and im done so i need a sure fire way to quit cold turkey im trying to get a job and it’s not good for my health (asthma) and what are some good ways o get it out of your system faster then a month im starting this job program on the 21st and they will have a job waiting for me plz help im trying to get my life together
And why haven’t the cigarette companies even bothered to do anything about it? I’m sure if they thought about it they could even eliminate passive smoking with the technology that’s available today, some sort of filter or chemical to capture or neutralise the harmful particles from the lit tip, but no – just interested in their drug money while the addicts still live to buy their weed.
I am well and truly on the road to stopping smoking cigarettes, but upon this journey of farewell to the life taking weed, I would welcome any help/ suggestions.
