help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
i know ppl who smoke and drink and its affecting the ppl around them i dont know wat to do to get them to quite can someone please help

A way to plant the desire to quit. Unfortunately if someone does not want to do it for themselves then they won’t. Take my word for it, quiting for or because of someone else other than your self does not work. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them think or quit. That has to come from within. Good luck though.
You do not have the ability to get someone to stop smoking or drinking. This motivation has to come from within them. You can only voice your displeasure with their activities and that is it.
