I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

First off, congratulations for WANTING to quit smoking!!
As far as answering, there are a lot of ways, and it also depends on how much you’ve been smoking. The best ways are slowly lowering your dose (takes a long time sometimes), or going cold turkey (which is faster, but harder). Either way, the last thing is making the decision to quit, so you’ll eventually have to deal with the withdrawal.
For the most part, when you deal with withdrawal, you’ll just have to tough it out, but there are some things that can help cleanse out the toxins and may help to minimize some of the effects of withdrawal…
Drinking water will help to detox, and taking some supplements that work as cleansers may help as well. Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it’s not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get).
All that being said, it’s likely that the symptoms should stop relatively shortly after your last smoke (it’s never as long as it feels like it is). Your neurotransmitters don’t take too terribly long to scream for something they are addicted to after you stop.
Another important thing to note is that no matter how bad it gets, taking more of the drug (and yes, nicotine is a drug) will only make the withdrawal last longer and will be harder on you in the long run. Good luck, and congrats again!
Erm . . . just don’t smoke any more cigarettes.
It doesn’t get any cheaper than that.
Be brave.
Try a flavorful regular gum. It may work but might not be as effective but much cheaper. A lot of times it has to do with oral fixation, you need something to chew on, have inbetween your lips, etc… Finding other things (not meant to be gross) to fullfill this may help you quit
Cold turkey. I’ve smoked almost 16 years, and that’s what I’m doing. I’ll be honest, it does suck. Find something to occupy yourself with though because you will be more than a little jittery.
get rid of all your ashtrays, lighters anythin to help you forget about it
niggerteen patches are very helpful
if you wunner quit so badly you will its all to do with selfasteam
A website that can help. It is very successful, down load the meditation exercise and practice at least twice a day every day and your urge to smoke will vanish.
The website is http://www.fhu.com,
The meditation is called "Be Still and know".
Try fasting. Juice fasting. Depending on your weight now and your health you can juice fast from 3 to 30 days. It is something that clears your body and immediately reduces the cravings. You can get a couple of books and invest in a used juicer from a thrift store and have them from now on as part of your healthy lifestyle.
Unlike gums or patches ect. that are expensive as you said, and will be discarded when you no longer need them, the juicer and books will be of use from now on.
Look for books by Paavo Airola and Paul Bragg.
Also a book called Jumpstart Your Metabolism by Pam Grout, it teaches breathing techniques that you might find helpful, for deep breathing clears the body too, and as you quit smoking and food starts to taste good again you will want to know about the breathing techniques she teaches to rev up your metabolism and keep your weight under control.
I cured myself and I bet you can cure yourself too from this bad habit with this natural product I found out:
