I want to quit smoking for my New Year’s resolution. I was wondering what worked the best for those of you that used to smoke. Anything that you would recommend that I do to keep myself from thinking about smoking? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

The best method I know for quitting is located at http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/
It’s free and great if you really want to quit.
Have you MD to show you what lungs look like after smoking for years.Smoking is hand to mouth contact so find another way to keep busy like gum chewing and keep hands busy when you get the urge
Hi I quit when I got pregnant, I couldn’t ever manage to ‘do it for myself’ I had to do it for my baby! It’s so hard but you have to stick with it, I’ve been smoke free for 13 months now and still crave them daily!! I can notice massive health improvements and of course money saved etc etc, it is worth it , the first few days are the hardest. Just eat loads you will gain weight of course but exercise more to compensate.
You can do it, its mind over matter.
Nobody would believe me when I told them I’d given up, I was a heavy smoker , if I can do it then you can too!!
I used the nicotine gum. Them I gradually stopped using it. My son says in prison they get carrots and popcorn.
Well… i would suggest that you quit the tobacco… but keep the nicotine.
Truth is ( do the research) Nicotine is NOT bad for you!!
Its all the chemicals that they put in cigarettes and the harmful carcinogenics that are naturally in tobacco when you smoke it.
If you remove tobacco from the equation… nicotine is actually beneficial to you in many ways… let me explain.
Studies have shown that Nicotine use:
– Aids in concentration
– Increase memory retention
– Reduces your risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease
– Helps with weight loss
So… try and get you nicotine is a Safer and Helathier way.
Go Check Out Healthy Cigarettes ( I will list a link below )
Its a safer alternative to smoking where you can control the level of nicotine you get into your system and are able to do it in a completely safe and cancer free way
Its helped me… hope it helps many of you out there.

I smoked for 30 years, tried the patches, cold turkey, pills, etc. My last effort was chantix. It helped with the craving but I couldn’t quite get there. You see I was addicted to nicotine AND the habit. So I bought 1 kit and 2 extra cartridge packs (1 med & 1 low) from http://www.stopsmokingwithecigarettes.com It worked for me without the headaches, stomach upset, the shakes, and no loss of concentration. I can not recommend it enough!
