I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

If you’ve had asthma all your life you’ll know what sets it off. But why you’d want to is beyond me. I used to suffer from asthma and I can’t say I’d want it to reappear.
Talk to someone about this idea of yours, a friend for instance, they may have a better way to achieve what you want without such dramatic actions.
thats worrying. you shouldn’t be making it worse….
go in a dusty place, the dust makes you cough and shortness of breath
you need a shrink……………
run 4ever
Talking to your family doctor about your creative idea may Help!
You could try hyperventilation by repeatedly taking very quick short sharp breaths really quickly in and out, that should set it off. The other way is to do the same but breathe the air in and out of a paper bag so as to lower the oxygen content and raise the co2 with each subsequent breath.
There are many other ways but none I would deem as "safe".Take a teaspoon or less of icing sugar and place it in your palm, cup your hands together and agitate the icing sugar so as to form a "dust cloud" in between your cupped palms.
Open you palms to a mouth sized hole near the thumbs and quickly inhale the icing sugar, the inhalation of the icing sugar should be enough to irritate the lungs and air passage ways enough for them to start an attack by constricting.
Using icing sugar should be relatively harmless as it will just dissolve in the lung and shouldn’t cause too much coughing,I don’t think I would want to try it with anything else.
There, just a couple of ideas of the top of my head that should work, please be careful though, you really don’t want to be setting off unnecessary asthma attacks,Stewart.
Why the hell whould you want to do that?
