I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

There are countless methods for quitting smoking, you need to find the solution that works for you. It helps to get rid of everything you have associated with smoking — lighters, ashtrays, cigarettes.

Don’t let anyone smoke in your house or car. Change up your normal routine — instead of smoking after dinner, take a walk. Use a nicotine patch or nicotine gum.

You can also visit your doctor for other medications that may help you break the addiction. Frequenting a support group for people trying to quit smoking can also be extremely helpful.

My grandpa quit by eating a lollipop every time he wanted a cigarette. I know it sounds too simple to work, but it really worked for him…
