More to psychological matters. Peoples like pregnant women, some using chocolate to replace their smoking acts. so.. depends.
Chantix is probably the best route. When I quit I started a yahoo group with extensive files and links attached which can answer ANY question you might have about smoking and quitting. While the group is now inactive….the info is still there. Feel free to have a look.
